Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of the members of Eastex Telephone Cooperative, Inc. called by the Board of Directors to be held at the Eastex Telephone Cooperative, Inc. Meeting Room, 3675 US Hwy 79 S, Henderson, Rusk County, Texas at 7:30 o’clock P.M. on Friday, July 10, 2015 to elect Directors, as provided, Article 4, Section 2 of the By-Laws.
