These terms, and your relationship with COMPANY under them, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By using the alerts, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the alerts.
