No, while Eastex modems ensure full compatibility and allow our technicians to provide faster, more accurate support and service, customers can provide their own modem. Customer-provided modems are not supported by Eastex, will not receive automatic updates that may be required for a smooth internet experience, and may not be fully compatible with Eastex’s network.
