What is Eastex Connect and how do I request information?

Eastex Connect is a service that uses SMS/text alerts to proactively deliver account information such as: statements, balance, due date, payment confirmation, appointment reminders, and more. “Keywords” as described below, can be texted to quickly and easily request action or information.

Help	Text the word HELP to (800) 232-7839 to receive a text with available keywords to access your account information and a hotlink to more information.
Stop	Text the word STOP to (800) 232-7839 at any time during the month to stop receiving text account alerts to your mobile phone.
Acct	Text the word ACCT to (800) 232-7839 at any time to receive your account number on your mobile phone.
Bal	Text the word BAL to (800) 232-7839 at any time during the month to receive a text message with your current balance due and the date it is due.
Pay	Text the word PAY to (800) 232-7839 at any time during the month to receive a text message with your most recent payment posted to your account and when it was posted.
Appt	Text the word APPT to (800) 232-7839 to receive a text message with any scheduled appointment you might have.
