New $5 Bill Credit for Paperless Billing
Beginning November 1, any residential or business customer who opts into paperless billing will receive a one-time $5 bill credit.
The Benefits of Paperless Billing
Paperless billing alleviates concerns related to mail delivery disruptions and delays, as well as reduces the amount of paper waste. To receive this benefit, please contact your local office or visit the e-care portal. At any time, you may view and print bills at your convenience from the e-care portal.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Eastex Telephone business offices will be closed Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Autopay Options
Did you know we offer several autopay options? From ACH, credit card to electronic check payment options.
You don’t have to deal with postage or any mail delay concerns, don’t have to drive to the business office and don’t have to worry about possibly missing a payment and receiving a disconnect notice. You may sign up for autopay through the e-care portal as well!

- If payment is needed, Eastex will contact you by Postal Mail.
- Exercise extreme caution if you return automated message calls, these can be scams as well.
