SmartHub

With a SmartRG or Zyxel router, you can manage WiFi and other settings by visiting the SmartHub Portal.  The first time that you visit that website from a device you will need to choose “eastex” from the drop-down menu, then click the link titled Go to login page. This will take you to a webpage that is similar to the image shown below.  If you have not done so already, you will need to create an account by clicking the Sign Up link on that webpage (see example image of this webpage shown below).  During the signup process you will need to use your contact email address Eastex has on file for your account.  When you create the account an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during the signup process.  That email will contain a Verify Email link which you must click to complete the signup process.

After verifying your email address, you may then login to SmartHub and edit your router settings.  If the email that you used during the signup process is different than the email that you’ve provided to Eastex for your contact email, your login to your router will fail.
